I’ll be back at Orla Hair this June, bringing together everything I’ve learned from working behind the chair, building a clientele from scratch again, and navigating running a salon remotely.
This in-person look & learn is focused on creating beautiful, lived-in colour that works in real salon settings - while also keeping up with what hairdressing looks like today, from building your presence online to understanding the back-end of running a profitable business.
I’ll be working on two live models simultaneously, so you’ll see how I juggle a real day in the salon - with techniques that are digestible and easy to take straight back behind the chair.
We’ll be breaking down:
– consultation: how to communicate clearly, build trust, and navigate trickier clients
– understanding tonality and creating work you’re genuinely proud of
– building your brand and attracting the right clients
– tips on growing your clientele, whether you’re starting from scratch or refining what you already have
Whether you’re employed, self-employed, running a salon, or balancing it all alongside motherhood - this is designed to support you, it’s collaborative, honest and always a good time. bring all of your questions. I’ll be using Original Mineral and Redken colour throughout the class.
Food is included throughout the day, please let us know if you have any dietary requirements - join us for a drink at the local pub after.
